The Power Of Voodoo came into the studio over 4 days to record, mix and master 5 songs. We think that you will agree, the sound is great for this recording, showing off a full-blown ROCK - sounding mix. In Mikey's words: "An immense display of power if i ever did see one!"
Chris Phillips came into Unit Studios with a handful of ideas written on an acoustic guitar. We worked with Chris to build these initial versions into the songs you hear today: beautiful, fully produced works. Enjoy the sound of our Yamaha upright piano through the verse!
Inspire had fully written and arranged then songs by the time Unit Studios became involved in the project. So we dutifully recorded and mix everything here at our facility, ready for it to be mastered. Check out the smooth tone of the Pearl Masters drumkit played by the young Morgan Simpson!!!
Unit Studios, in conjunction with Racketbox and Wunderman, have been at the centre of music production for the latest Ford Focus advert. Directed by Alex Smith, the ad features the elegant vocals of Jade Pybus, singer of the Wellingtons, alongside members of the BBC Symphony orchestra. The music has been causing a real stir on the internet.
